Pray for every group meeting across the city this week. That Jesus’s kindness would fill the room, and that his grace would make space for honest conversation and real friendship. Pray for leaders, that they’d know his strength is made perfect in their weakness, and that they’d lead from a place of being loved rather than needing to prove anything.

Alpha course participants and helpers Pray for everyone currently exploring faith through Alpha, that they’d encounter the love of Jesus in a way that feels personal, not just informational, and that his grace would meet every doubt and question. Pray for the helpers and hosts, that Christ’s own patience and kindness would flow through them, and that they’d carry his presence into every conversation.

Pray for those carrying financial pressure right now, that they’d know the comfort of a Father who sees and provides, even in the waiting. Pray for peace that doesn’t depend on circumstances, and for the practical kindness of this church family to be one of the ways God’s provision reaches them.

Those unwell, physically or emotionally Pray for God’s healing power and his gentle comfort over everyone facing illness, and for his presence to feel near to those who are afraid or in pain. Pray for those carrying invisible grief or anxiety, that they’d know the Holy Spirit as a comforter who stays close, and that the Fathers love would hold them even when they can’t feel it.

Pray that everyone new to Helsinki or new to IEC would discover the friendship of Jesus long before they find their footing anywhere else, and that his welcome would go ahead of them into every room. Pray for the courage to reach out, trusting that his kindness toward the lonely never runs out.

Pray for God’s grace over every decision, every application, every uncertain next step, and for his power to open doors that no one else can. Pray for the ability to rest in his love while waiting, trusting that his timing is kind even when it’s slow.
